Thank you for sharing your program proposal with the Emily Dickinson Museum!
Please complete the proposal form to tell us about your work and how you wish to serve and inspire visitors at the Emily Dickinson Museum. Read the Program Proposal page before submitting your proposal.
Submissions for in-person or online programs are welcome.
We recommend submitting a proposal at least 1 year in advance of your ideal presentation time. We may not be able to accept programs occuring within a 6 month window.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants for the Phosphorescence Contemporary Reading Series or the Tell it Slant Poetry Festival must submit through the separate call for proposals for these programs, which is open each winter. Further information can be found on the Museum's Upcoming Events page during the submission period and is announced via the Museum's e-newsletter.
As a part of your proposal, please prepare to include the following attachments:
Draft budget (may include honoraria, program materials, technology, etc.)
Relevant résumés/CVs
Relevant work samples (No more than 5 pages total: may include writing, artwork, etc.)
Audio recordings, video files, or video links of your presentation, reading, or performing experience
Once you have completed your application, make sure to Review & Submit .
